What I like about this drink it is not only healthy and quite satisfying if you are peckish but also surprisingly low in calories.
If cocktail hour is a thing in your home, as it is in ours, I can enjoy this drink with a few nuts and feel great, even during Dry January.
- 1 litre of good organic tomato juice
- 2 freshly squeezed lemon
- Celery salt
- Szechuan pepper
- Worcester sauce
Season according to taste (we like it rather spicy). Don’t forget to stir.
Once you have your desired taste, pour over ice and garnish with a stick of celery plus a slice each of lemon and lime.
